ReplyDeleteIt is unfortunate that Peter Rosenberg of Hot 97 radio station made such an incendiary comment about Haitian Women. Especially since during the 90’s CDC “Center for disease control” in the United States unsuccessfully attempted to rest the entire AIDS epidemic burden entirely on the back of the Haitian people. Haiti maybe at the bottom of the food chain, but we are Kennelly aware of our social status, misfortunes and political short falls.
ReplyDeleteUnderstand Haiti is not appreciated by some neighbors in the community at large, because of the type of people we are and what we stand for. We are a people of courage, a people who strongly believe and fought for the freedom of all men. The Haiti that the world sees today is a country that has sustained and been defaced by over two centuries of political graffiti.
Like every vandalized property the surface will always be subjective to public ridicule, but rests assure Haitians remains intact.
